Seaside Consultants were worth the money! It may have taken some time to get out of my timeshare but they were with me all the way. Any time I had any questions, they contacted me right away. Anyone who signs up for this process has to have patience. Me and my husband got roped into our timeshare and we never used it. When he passed, I could no longer afford it. 05/15/25 Update - Seaside Consultants Group exceeded my expectations! My case against the Marriott Vacation Club was resolved in about 12-18 months. While I was told the "deal was done," until the paperwork was filed it wasn't official. My wife and I are completely satisfied with the results of our case, and we highly recommend this group of pros to help you get out of a "less than honest" business deal. Lying by omission is a crime in many jurisdictions; however, these vacation clubs purposely omit the extremely important information one needs to make an informed decision. Shame on Marriott, but hurray for Seaside Consultants Group! You rock!

Everything went smoothly. The only issue I have is that i was never notified that my name was taken off the Brewster Green owners list. Two months ago I received a bill in the amount of over 2k for my maintenance fee, calls from collectors from Brewster Green Resorts . As I was advised by Tradeblock , I ignore all of it. I still do not know if my deal with Vikings is closed and my name has been taken off the owners list. I expected to receive some sort of acknowledgement letting me know that I everything had been resolved and my name was taken off of the owners list. I have been explained about the time it takes Vikings international to resolve it. How much more time am I supposed to wait until I receive word from Tradeblok that Vikings has finalized our agreement. and that my name has been taken off as owner. Until then, i am always apprehensive of receiving past due bills. Since I and my husband are senior citizens , we would like this resolved before anything happens to either one of us. Please understand that Tradebloc has always been very helpful and has taken the steps necessary to close this deal. However, I hope you understand my position here.
